We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to lead the development and execution of project marketing strategies.

Job Description

The successful candidate will drive end-to-end campaigns, shape our brand and commercial vision across every touchpoint.

  • Develop and execute project marketing strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and implement marketing plans across digital, print and event channels
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, email campaigns, social content, presentations and sales tools
  • Assist with high-impact launch events, VIP previews, display suite activations and stakeholder functions
  • Manage agency relationships and media bookings to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Public Relations
  • Proven experience in property development marketing, including launches
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Data-literate, with an ability to analyse insights and performance metrics
