THE JOB
Key duties will include;
-
Assisting with the day to day management and co-ordination of multiple residential land/ medium density projects
-
Assisting with the management of Estate Managers and Sales Assistants
-
Preparation of reports and documentation for fortnightly Project Control Group (PCG) meetings
-
Follow up and execution of action points from vendor and stakeholder meetings
-
Assist with the day to day duties of Senior/ Project Managers
-
Preparation of weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting
-
Vendor engagement
-
B2B relationship building
-
Work with the Leadership team to assist with the creation of Marketing and Sales Strategies

Work with the Leadership team to collate and analyse data to formulate presentations and project commentary

First point of contact for any Sales agent office related enquiries

Production and scheduling of construction updates
-
Manage projects within CRM
-
Ability to act in the capacity of Estate Manager in their absence
About You

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification (Bachelor degree or equivalent)

Advantageous to hold a current Agents Representatives license

Current drivers' licence and car
Experience
-
Have studied or worked in the property sector (Preferably in the development or building industry)
-
Previous experience in reviewing project marketing materials to ensure accuracy and providing approvals
-
Experience in digital and social media would be a plus
