THE JOB

Key duties will include;

• Assisting with the day to day management and co-ordination of multiple residential land/ medium density projects

• Assisting with the management of Estate Managers and Sales Assistants

• Preparation of reports and documentation for fortnightly Project Control Group (PCG) meetings

• Follow up and execution of action points from vendor and stakeholder meetings

• Assist with the day to day duties of Senior/ Project Managers

• Preparation of weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting

• Vendor engagement

• B2B relationship building

• Work with the Leadership team to assist with the creation of Marketing and Sales Strategies

• Work with the Leadership team to collate and analyse data to formulate presentations and project commentary

• First point of contact for any Sales agent office related enquiries

• Production and scheduling of construction updates

• Manage projects within CRM

• Ability to act in the capacity of Estate Manager in their absence

About You

In addition to the above wish list you will also have the following;

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification (Bachelor degree or equivalent)

• Advantageous to hold a current Agents Representatives license

• Current drivers' licence and car

Experience

• Have studied or worked in the property sector (Preferably in the development or building industry)

• Previous experience in reviewing project marketing materials to ensure accuracy and providing approvals

• Experience in digital and social media would be a plus
