  • About the Role

    • We are seeking an ambitious Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive our go-to-market (GTM) strategy for core product portfolios and work alongside a passionate team of product marketers.
    • As a SaaS Product Marketing expert, you will bring exciting features to market, drive awareness and user growth on our platform via innovative and creative strategies, and be the subject matter expert in competitive and market trends.
    • You will oversee and guide the end-to-end delivery of your strategy and continually optimize it to ensure its success.
    • You will be responsible for briefing the marketing, enablement & channel teams to execute your GTM strategy.
    • You will own the targeting strategy for your portfolio, including identifying best-fit users and developing ICP/buyer personas to inform targeting efforts across Marketing, Product, CX & Sales.
    • You will own the positioning & messaging for your product portfolios and enable teams to use your positioning across the entire product and marketing funnel.
    • You will craft a compelling narrative to drive awareness and demand among your user base.
    • You will partner with product and marketing teams to ensure continued adoption and engagement of our product base via onboarding and retention initiatives.
    • You will source and analyse market and competitive insights, and translate these into actionable workstreams for customer-facing teams with the goal of increasing win-rates.
    • You will connect the dots between product, marketing, Customer Success and sales, and have superb stakeholder management and be a world-class communicator.
    • In this role, you will work closely with our passionate product teams to build world-class products, and be someone with a growth mindset, eager to learn and grow every day.
    • You will be someone who can juggle multiple projects at once and have strong prioritization skills.
    • You will be an owner in Culture Amp and share in our success through our Employee Share Options Program.
