About the Job

We are seeking a Clearance Support Agent who will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of shipments. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Main Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers regarding clearance requirements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Work with customers to gather necessary shipment information and documents.
  • Validate and correct data elements to ensure shipment records meet regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate and facilitate shipment inspections as needed.

This is a permanent full-time position requiring 38 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. As a member of our team, you'll have access to various benefits, including EAP and internal discounts.
