Clearance Support Agent Role

We are seeking a skilled Clearance Support Agent to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth clearance of shipments.

  • Communicate with customers regarding clearance requirements and resolve discrepancies to ensure successful shipment clearance
  • Work with customers to gather necessary shipment information and documents when existing data is insufficient
  • Ensure shipment records meet regulatory standards by validating and correcting data elements
  • Maintain timely contact with customers through various communication channels, assisting with both pre- and post-clearance issues
Key Responsibilities:

This role involves approximately 80% document handling and 20% manual handling. We are looking for a team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and demonstrate strong decision-making abilities.
