We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in the role of Customs Clearance Coordinator.

This exciting opportunity involves identifying initiatives that benefit customers and working closely with customs brokers and/or senior brokers to bring these initiatives to fruition.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of documents from clients and chase missing documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance in line with KPIs.
  • Chase and update the system with required Producer Codes.
  • Monitor transshipments.
  • Manage valuation procedures, cross-referencing commercial invoice values with PO data before finalizing pre-lodgement.
  • Manage classification.
  • Manage time efficiently.
  • Prepare DRRs for broker assessment and sign off.
