Early Learning Sector Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to expand our presence across Victoria through strategic business development initiatives.
The RoleThis position will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the early learning sector, while nurturing existing relationships with centre directors and educators.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy for the early learning sector.
- Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure optimal satisfaction and retention.
- Represent our organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to maintain a strong brand presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the early learning sector.
- A deep understanding of the childcare landscape in Victoria, including market trends and competitor analysis.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong industry networks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
