The Opportunity

As our new Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence across Victoria, developing new relationships and strengthening existing ones in the childcare and early learning space. This is a flexible role – open to full-time or part-time candidates.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities within the early learning sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with centre directors and educators
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients
  • Represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and in-person meetings
  • Collaborate with our internal team to deliver outstanding service
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B sales or business development within the early learning sector
  • A strong understanding of the childcare landscape in Victoria
  • Proven results and strong industry networks
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Previous experience as a Centre Director or Early Childhood Educator
