
Growth & Relationship Specialist (Sales SDR) – Early Learning Sector

We're seeking a proactive Growth & Relationship Specialist to help drive our sales pipeline and nurture relationships with early learning centres and group operators nationally.
This is a career growth position — perfect for someone looking to get the runs on the board in an SDR role and grow into a Business Development and Growth Manager — all within a supportive, values-driven environment. We would consider part-time school hours for the right applicant.
Position PurposeDrive high-quality pipeline growth and customer engagement by combining focused outbound sales development with light business development activities. The role balances approximately 80% Sales Development (outreach, qualification, reactivation) with 20% Business Development (progressing and closing single/multi-site deals), supporting Bellbird's mission to help early learning centres launch and thrive.

About You
- Experience in sales development, inside sales, or BDM (B2B or education preferred
- Confident communicator across phone, email, and social media
- Organised and resilient, with strong CRM discipline (Zoho experience a plus)
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow relationships and pipelines
- Hold (or willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check + National Police Check
