We're seeking a proactive Growth & Relationship Specialist to help drive our sales pipeline and nurture relationships with early learning centres and group operators.

This is a career growth position — perfect for someone looking to get the runs on the board in an SDR role and grow into a Business Development and Growth Manager  — all within a supportive, values-driven environment. We would also consider part-time school hours for the right applicant, for someone who is coming back into the workforce.

About You

  • Experience in sales development, inside sales, or BDM (B2B or education preferred)
  • Confident communicator across phone, email, and social media
  • Organised and resilient, with strong CRM discipline (Zoho experience a plus)
  • Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow relationships and pipelines
  • Hold (or willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check + National Police Check
