We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Property Services Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on some of the city's most impressive premium office towers and be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of real estate.

About the Role

The Senior Property Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring that all facilities and services are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing site contractors, implementing policies and procedures, and supervising weekend works.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will have experience in commercial property operations, facilities and building services management, and have delivered large capital projects in A-Grade commercial towers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including managing site contractors and implementing policies and procedures
  • Supervise weekend works and ensure that all facilities and services are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and reduce costs
