About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Property Management team as an Executive Property Support Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  • Provide critical support to the Property Management Team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and duties.
  • Conduct routine inspections, including ingoing and outgoing inspections, to maintain accurate records and ensure properties are presented in excellent condition.
  • Record and manage keys, guaranteeing secure and efficient access for tenants and owners.
  • Collaborate with the Property Management Team to meet targets and objectives, driving business growth and success.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team's overall performance.
Requirements
  • A keen interest in Property Management, combined with a Certificate of Registration, own car, and driver's license.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and progress within the company, driven by the opportunity to develop new skills and expertise.
