We are currently accepting applications for Executive Chef Assistants to join our Culinary team at Echo Entertainment Group.

About the Role

In this crucial role, you will assist supervising the organisation of sections to be prepared in line with the Sous Chef's direction. You will work closely on daily specials, support specific stations, and provide mentorship to team members under your direction.

The Opportunity

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Culinary qualifications such as Commercial Cookery Cert III
  • Prior experience in bulk hot production
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of European, Australian or Asian cooking styles
  • Full-working rights to commit to work across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with others
