About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Procurement and Facilities Unit, including managing online orders, requisitions, and invoices. They will also be responsible for coordinating staff and visitor security access passes, as well as assisting with common facilities issues such as supervising contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement and Facilities Unit

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a facilities-based role
  • SAP or similar system experience highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and sound judgment
  • Stakeholder management skills and efficient customer service
