The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of its partners. Our team is selected to design and construct Snowy 2.0, a pumped hydro scheme in the Snowy Mountains.
About the Role:
To provide accurate and timely HR advice and support to managers and employees in delivering organizational strategic objectives.
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resource Management, Employment Relations, Organisational Psychology, or relevant field – preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role – preferably in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing project information systems to support HR functions and provide training for users as required.
- Manage underperformance or misconduct issues in line with regulatory parameters and project guidelines.
- Collate data and generate reports as required.
- Support managers in developing HR initiatives that reinforce desired values, culture, and outcomes for the business.
Requirements:
- Sound negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong initiative and proactive nature.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed time management skills.
