Human Resources Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with site leadership and drive strategic people initiatives across our open cut coal operation.

This role is a key member of the Site Leadership Team, offering challenging work in HR and IR/ER functions. As the HR Leader on our mine site, you will be a trusted advisor to the business and a respected HR professional.

You will coach and support our leadership team, manage employee relations matters, conduct thorough investigations, and contribute to events promoting employee well-being and community engagement.

About You
  • Proven HR leadership experience in mining or heavy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, enterprise agreements, and industrial relations practices.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing HR talent.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related field.
