Total Rewards Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop, implement and administer compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute locally competitive compensation and benefits programs that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on total rewards strategies and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
