Drive Strategic Impact in Performance Management

This key role is a high-impact opportunity to lead the delivery of remuneration, performance, and benefits initiatives that align with business objectives, market benchmarks, and engage top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive total remuneration and performance strategies
  • Manage the annual remuneration review and performance cycle, ensuring fairness, equity, compliance, and alignment to our strategic direction
  • Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on internal and external hiring decisions, role assessments, and reward frameworks
  • Design and deliver education programs to enhance leader capability in all aspects of reward and performance
  • Review and optimize existing processes to create streamlined, efficient, and people-centric experiences
  • Support projects and initiatives across the broader human resources portfolio as a solutions-focused partner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or business
  • Extensive experience in performance, reward, or total remuneration roles
  • Strong knowledge of reward and benefits strategy, trends, governance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to interpret data and market intelligence to inform decisions
  • Effective consulting, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on approach when needed
  • Builds credibility quickly and communicates clearly and effectively
  • Works independently, manages competing priorities, and delivers results
