About this role:
Lead Performance and Reward ExpertWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Performance and Reward Expert on a permanent full-time basis.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for performance management, reward frameworks, and compensation plans.
- Conduct job evaluations and sizing activities across the business to align with organisational goals.
- Manage annual salary survey data contributions and reporting requirements for identified partners.
- Analyse market trends and develop recommendations for variable pay planning, benefit planning, and vendor relationship management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new policies, practices, and programs related to performance and reward.
- Provide expert advice to People Leaders on Performance, Reward, and Benefits policies, programs, and practices.
- Mentor and coach a small team to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Extensive experience in Performance and Reward within a large organisation.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel capabilities.
- Experience administering HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and service provision skills.
- Excellent data collection and interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage competing demands and prioritise tasks effectively.
