Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Marsh Pty Ltd, based in Sydney. As a key player in our Real Estate division, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service.
About the Role:
You will work closely with our Head of Growth and Strategy, as well as senior managers, to develop and manage business relationships within our Real Estate team. Your primary objective will be to identify new opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and industry partners.Maintain thorough market awareness, staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive due diligence reports, presentations, and marketing plans that meet client needs.Represent Marsh at industry events, conferences, and professional organizations to expand our network and promote our brand.What We Offer:
A competitive estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000 AUD, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive health package.
