Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and documentation of business processes, including process objectives, roles, responsibilities, policies, and process maps.
  • Work with key staff from diverse business units to gather and document business specifications and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and direction in support of system infrastructure and process improvements, diagnosing and resolving complex customer system issues.
  • Develop business cases and establish a common approach to manage key project stakeholder escalations to achieve project milestones and agreed project budget.
  • Develop deployment strategies and provide advice, guidance, and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities.
  • Consult and communicate with developers about business application requirements and develop functional specifications to be used by software developers.
  • Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work.
  • Identify processes and information technology required to introduce recommendations, solve complex technical implementations, and investigate opportunities for process improvement in areas of complexity or to relieve business process pain points.
  • Gather business requirements from clients and analyze and design project timelines and budgets.
  • Analyze and design project outlines in accordance with business processes to enhance software, process, and hardware with detailed analyses, clearly defining problems and solutions for them.
  • Organize, specify, and model business requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous.
  • Communicate business changes in appropriate terms to IT/business teams and gain their agreement on the process redesign.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, service tiers, documenting process flows, and act as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision-making process.
  • Maintain all required documentation, including process maps and specifications, to support the business change and development program.
  • Analyze requirements, consult with senior developers, and produce viable solutions.
  • Assist in the strategic planning of database structures, applications, policies, and architecture.
  • Support the development and implementation of solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop a variety of ICT processes, including data structure standards, tech standards, monitoring utilities, optimization methods to ensure stability and performance.
  • Work directly with ICT staff to trace business requirements through to test plans and cases, reducing time to fix issues and identify anomalies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong background in risk management, the infrastructure lifecycle, data center, and/or cloud planning.
  • Strong understanding of end-user needs and requirements.
  • Excellent client management skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Superior interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Practical knowledge of process analysis tools and techniques.
  • Extensive experience in an information technology environment.
