Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Scheduler Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling or service coordination, preferably within a service environment.

As a Scheduler Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling field service resources to ensure timely delivery of technical customer service.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Responding to customer and technician calls
  • Updating customers in real-time with any service delays or scheduled changes
  • Accurately logging new service calls and maintaining all work orders in the Service Management System
  • Ensuring that all work orders are allocated to a Service Technician and are scheduled efficiently
  • Assigning and managing the movement of rental equipment
  • Supporting the field service technicians with spare parts / inventory requests
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in scheduling or service coordination, preferably within a service environment
  • Experience completing tasks associated with the whole work order cycle would also be an advantage
  • Experience with service management systems, (D365 experience highly regarded)
  • A desire / ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple, conflicting priorities while under pressure
  • A logical approach and great attention to detail
