We are currently looking for a Service Scheduler to join our Victorian team based in Scoresby. The role is responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling field service resources in order to ensure our customers are provided with the highest quality technical customer service.

On a daily basis your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Responding to customer and technician calls.
  • Updating customers in real time with any service delays or scheduled changes.
  • Accurately logging new service calls and maintaining all work orders in the Service Management System.
  • Ensuring that all work orders are allocated to a Service Technician and are scheduled efficiently.
  • Assigning and managing the movement of rental equipment.
  • Supporting the field service technicians with spare parts / inventory requests.
  • Ad hoc functions including stock movements and projects support, as and when required.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Previous experience in scheduling or service coordination preferably within a service environment
  • Experience completing tasks associated with the whole work order cycle would also be an advantage
  • Experience with service management systems, (D365 experience highly regarded)
  • A desire / ability to work in fast paced, high pressure environment
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple, conflicting priorities whilst under pressure
  • A logical approach and great attention to detail
