Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Service Coordination Specialist. As a key member of our rostering office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient allocation of client services and scheduling of Community Support Workers and other clinical team members.

About the Role

The Service Coordination Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the care and services provided to our clients, ensuring they receive responsive, timely, and empowering support that enables them to lead safe, independent, and fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the allocation of client services to meet operational requirements and deadlines.
  • Schedule Community Support Workers and other clinical team members to ensure adequate coverage and resource utilization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date database records to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Respond to client enquiries and provide clear information regarding services offered.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Key Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced rostering environment (highly regarded).
  • Relevant qualifications in Business or Health Services Management (desirable).
  • Proven experience in the aged care sector (desirable).
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of office processes and data management.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
