Service Coordination Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordination Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to engage with all stakeholders. They will have strong knowledge of parts, systems, and their applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND COLLEAGUES
  • PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • SCHEDULING SERVICING AND REPAIR BOOKINGS, CREATING JOB NUMBERS, JOBS CARDS ALLOCATING AND COMMUNICATING WITH WORKSHOP MECHANICS
  • SUPPORTING STORE DIVISION FOR PARTS INTERPRETATION, PRICING, AVAILABILITY, ORDERING AND DELIVERY
  • DIRECT POINT OF CONTACT FOR CLIENTS EQUIPMENT DROP OFF AND COLLECTION
  • ASSISTING IN THE COORDINATION OF 3RD PARTY ATTENDANCES FOR COI, OEM DIAGNOSTICS, ETC
  • LIAISING WITH CLIENTS FOR SERVICE UPDATES, REPAIRS AND ANY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE BRANCH MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION, PROCUREMENT AND MECHANICAL TEAMS
  • ASSISTING IN THE CREATION OF QUOTATIONS AND SERVICE REPORTS
  • COLLATING RELEVANT WORKSHOP AND PARTS INFORMATION TO COMPLETE INVOICES
  • COMMUNICATING WITH CLIENTS FOR REPAIR APPROVALS AND INVOICE CLOSURES
