Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team and support participants across the Albury/Wodonga region. This is a Part-time, work-from-home role, offering flexibility while making a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist participants to understand and implement their NDIS plan.
  • Coordinate supports and services to meet individual goals.
  • Build participants' capacity to manage their own supports over time.
  • Liaise with service providers, allied health professionals, and community supports.
  • Monitor plan budgets and ensure services are delivered effectively.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to participants and the NDIA.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, compassionate, and able to work independently while building strong relationships with participants and their care teams.
