About the Role
As a General Manager at The Sporting Globe, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venue. This includes managing staff, ensuring seamless customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your leadership skills to motivate and guide the entire staff towards achieving outstanding results.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, beverage services, and overall guest experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality management, preferably in both bar and restaurant environments.
- Proven track record of financial management, including controlling expenses and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and train a diverse team.
- Relevant certifications such as RSA, RSG, and TAB are essential. First aid certification and an approved manager's certificate are preferred but not mandatory.
