With over 50 giant screens in the venue, a large Bar, & TAB facilities, booth seating, and a large outdoor seating that works into our state-of-the-art venue fit-out it make us the ultimate sports lovers' paradise

Job Description:

A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, will be offered to the successful applicant.

As our Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen brigade to achieve culinary excellence. This includes maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness, managing kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and staff scheduling, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and experience and understanding of financial controls of a hospitality business.

You will also be responsible for leading, training, and developing your team to ensure that all meals are cooked in a manner that adheres to the venue's recipe & plating guides and that all meals are served on time and are of the highest possible quality.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef/Sous Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment.
  • Energetic attitude, a team player approach, and strong work ethic.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide kitchen staff.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
