This exciting role sits within our Client Relationships Team, reporting to the Group Client Relationship Director. You will be responsible for retaining and growing a small number of high-level client relationships within major global airlines.

You will also work closely with our Project Management and Brand teams to ensure all client-related product deadlines are achieved. As you will be managing international accounts, some regular travel will be involved.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage strategic client relationships and generate new opportunities within these accounts.
  2. Demonstrate a proven track record in revenue generation and preferably exposure to tender processes.
  3. Deliver growth in revenue and repeat business by successfully managing existing client relationships.
  4. Apply highly tuned analytical skills to develop sales strategies and plans.
  5. Effectively manage cross-functional teams to deliver on deadlines and outcomes for clients.
  6. Maintain sound knowledge of CRM's and project management tools such as Smartsheet and Salesforce.
Requirements
  • A seasoned account director with leadership skills and proven experience managing and motivating teams.
  • An understanding of and network within the Airlines industry, either developed through selling into this industry for several years or having worked within the industry directly.
  • Exposure to the actual product development process will be highly regarded.
  • An interest in luxury brands and a passion for travel.
