Key Account Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Strategist to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a concentrated portfolio of valued clients and make a real impact on their business outcomes. As the account manager for this portfolio, you will be responsible for understanding their core business to ensure services are specific, targeted and effective.

We are looking for a driven and down-to-earth person with prior experience in account management and customer relationships. A consultative approach is key, so previous experience partnering with stakeholders is essential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new clients
  • Understand client core business to deliver tailored solutions
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve business goals
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of managing high-level client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
