Job Description

We are seeking a professional Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of the Front Office Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are met, from check-in to check-out, including room allocation, key collection, and departure procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Engineering, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Managing cash transactions, credit card payments, and foreign currencies, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, using property management systems and front office equipment.
