Job Title: Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming individual to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

  • Manage guest accounts accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Take bookings, provide helpful information, and enter reservations, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our guests.
  • Address guest queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, working closely with colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Previous front office reception experience is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, ensuring effective interactions with guests and colleagues alike.
  • A friendly and positive attitude, with a passion for working in a team and delivering exceptional customer service.
