Key responsibilities include:
- Processing guest arrivals and departures in an accurate and efficient manner
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous front desk experience, preferably in a hotel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions
