Job Overview

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role will be to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience.

This position requires a strong focus on customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple interactions simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are positive, productive, and in line with our core principles.
  • Support and value the contributions of all team members, fostering a culture of trust and empowerment.
  • Treat guests and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds with respect, sensitivity, and transparency.
  • Act as an advocate for our loyalty program, promoting its benefits to non-members.
  • Check guests in and out, maintaining accurate accounts and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Take bookings, provide helpful information, and enter reservations efficiently.
  • Answer guest queries promptly and address their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Liaise with other departments to provide seamless support to our guests.
Requirements:
  • Prior front desk experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills are required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
  • A friendly and positive attitude, with a willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Experience using property management systems like Opera is desirable but not essential.
