Sydney CBD Facilities Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at CBRE in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions division, you will play a critical role in delivering top-tier facilities and operational support for a major financial institution client.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in facilities management, including day-to-day building operations management, preventive maintenance, incident response, project support, and reporting. You will also be responsible for managing contractors to ensure compliance with safety and risk protocols, while upholding business continuity and delivering a five-star user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide facilities management solutions and support across the client's portfolio.
- Coordinate with facilities management, base building, and engineering team members to ensure delivery of the highest standards of service.
- Act as primary liaison with the client regarding all facilities management matters for the site.
- Manage contractors and ensure compliance with safety and risk management protocols.
- Manage and report incidents.
In this role, you will work closely with our dedicated high-performance team to ensure seamless delivery of facilities services. You will be expected to articulate and live the CBRE culture, set an example by modeling required behaviors, and hold others accountable for their actions.
Requirements- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a facilities manager.
- Strong knowledge of building services operations and engineering solutions.
- Diploma in facility management (preferred but not essential).
- Experience in contractor management in commercial and industrial building environments.
