As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for handling high volume live chat and other online tools. Your primary objective will be to provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to our customers while adhering to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or e-commerce industry. A college degree or above is also mandatory. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with international partners and stakeholders.
