Strategic Account Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS solutions, experience in account management, business development, or similar roles, and a proven track record of managing large accounts and driving meaningful revenue growth.

You will lead and support a talented account management team, fostering collaboration, guiding professional growth, and ensuring the team thrives together.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in Sales and Business Development, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue, customer satisfaction, and growth objectives.
  • Lead and support a talented account management team, fostering collaboration, guiding professional growth, and ensuring the team thrives together.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through customer acquisition, including upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in account management, business development, or similar roles in a commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and experience with project delivery, maintenance, and support services.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving meaningful revenue growth.
  • Proven success in leading teams and supporting individuals to reach their full potential.
