The role of a Customer Service Officer is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers. This involves performing sales and service transactions, managing high value transactions accurately, and conducting identity services transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Managing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS transactions
  • Conducting Australian Passport Interviews
  • Promoting products and services through up-selling and cross-selling
  • Assisting with mail lodgements and associate costs
