The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the customer environment is always welcoming and friendly
  • Greeting customers on arrival and providing a positive first impression
  • Keeping customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the experience
  • Handling telephone and email correspondence with customers
  • Supporting management with inventory tasks, including parts, paint, and consumables
  • Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Able to work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive work culture
