We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Professional to join our team. This exciting role sits at the intersection of assisting consultants, designers, and project managers in winning projects, creating proposals, and building relationships with key accounts.

This multifaceted position will have you working closely with stakeholders to ensure that projects achieve necessary milestones in a timely manner. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, creating and maintaining close relationships with clients, and being the voice of the client within the company.

HMG is a leading consulting group specialising in acquisition due diligence, business activation, outsource operation management, design, and fit-out services for the hospitality industry. We deliver complete turnkey solutions to clients, comprising concept development, investment appraisal due diligence, layout design, equipment specification, and approvals.

We strive to build high-trust relationships and focus on delivering quality service and product. Due to a burgeoning pipeline of projects, we seek an enthusiastic salesperson willing to learn and specialise in the Hospitality Industry.

The Role includes:

  • Supporting business growth by developing a network of contacts to attract new clients.
  • Researching new market opportunities and overseeing growth projects.
  • Making sales projections and forecasting revenue, aligned with projected income.
  • Organising sales presentations and preparing materials prior to deadlines.
  • Updating customer records and communicating with customers about their satisfaction.
  • Managing databases, filing systems, and implementing administrative procedures.
  • Assisting with market research, writing targeted content, and handling social media.
