Hospitality Specialist - Barista - Sydney CBD

We are seeking an enthusiastic Hospitality Specialist Barista to become part of our team. The position details are as follows:

Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 2:15 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Flexibility: Additional hours may be required to meet operational demands)

Responsibilities:

  1. Craft high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and café specialties.
  2. Showcase advanced barista skills (shot timing, grinder adjustment, barista bar set up).
  3. Master various milk alternatives.
  4. Support the workplace concierge as needed by keeping the social hub neat & tidy.
  5. Support the serving of meeting rooms.
  6. Promote workplace safety.

What You'll Bring:

  1. Current RSA and Barista certifications.
  2. Experience in fast-paced environments.
  3. Passion for food, drink, and customer service.
  4. Strong independent and team working skills.
  5. Flexibility to assist on the floor when required.

This role requires periods of sitting, standing, walking & manual handling.
