Strategic Business Growth Specialist

This role is ideal for someone who excels at navigating complex organisations, leveraging technology to drive growth, and building trust with key decision-makers. You will identify opportunities, run discovery sessions to uncover business needs, and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect QSR and multi-site operators to identify potential for growth and partnership opportunities
  • Run discovery sessions with owners, operations, and IT leaders to understand their current pain points and areas for improvement
  • Develop and present proposals and demos that showcase how our solutions can drive business results
  • Manage enterprise sales cycles while maintaining momentum through quick wins
  • Represent our company at industry events and build strategic relationships within the hospitality sector

You will succeed in this role if you have established networks in QSR or fast casual, experience with POS, loyalty, or kitchen management solutions, and a strong understanding of the hospitality tech landscape.
