We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our APAC hospitality growth strategy.

About You

You will bring senior leadership experience in hospitality technology and strong analytical skills. With 8-12 years of industry background, you have developed expertise in property management systems, channel management, revenue management, or reservation systems.

You possess a deep understanding of the APAC hospitality market, particularly Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia & India. Your knowledge of regional regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes is valuable to our success.

You are comfortable working with independent hotels, hotel groups, and property management companies. Your ability to adapt strategies across diverse markets is essential for driving business outcomes.

Essential Experience and Expertise

Background: 8-12 years of senior marketing/growth leadership in hospitality technology, travel tech, or accommodation providers.

Deep Understanding: Property management systems, channel management, revenue management, or reservation systems.

Experience: Hotel/accommodation operators and their technology decision-making processes. Distribution channels, OTAs, and hospitality ecosystem dynamics.

Proven Track Record: Scaling B2B SaaS businesses. Multinational company experience with diverse product sets, including multi-product portfolios and cross-selling strategies.

Strong Analytical Skills: Growth metrics, cohort analysis, and revenue attribution. API integrations, connectivity platforms, and hospitality tech stacks.

Mandatory Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Technology, or Hospitality Management. Professional certifications in digital marketing, growth, or hospitality technology advantageous.
