**Our Customer Experience team is growing** and we're looking for an exuberant **Customer Success Manager / Hospitality Specialist** based in **New South Wales **to grow our ever-evolving team You'll be tasked with carrying out the rewarding mission of supporting and building strong relationships with our **venues.** We're looking for someone who gets excited over the prospect of helping our merchants meet and exceed their revenue and growth goals through our platform.

You understand that **nurturing our customers' confidence and comfortability** with embracing **tech within hospo** is a **win-win**. You have the magic touch for** relationship-building** and **training** with venue owners, managers and wait staff.

**If you worked with us in the last month, here's what you would have been involved in**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting venue relationships by acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders
- Actively contribute by recommending operational improvements within a venue to drive business and customer outcomes
- Project manage the successful delivery of solutions to HungryHungry's venues' needs and objectives
- Identify key customers in your portfolio and develop quarterly revenue growth plans for these venues
- Implementing HungryHungry's latest products and business practices to existing clients
