Job Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized coordinator to fill a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and retrieve information using computer databases, keyboards, mice, or trackballs to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries.
- Transmit documents or information using computers, mail, or facsimile machines.
- Operate standard office equipment other than computers.
- Prepare letters, memos, and documents using word processing software.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distribution.
- Create and maintain filing and organization systems for records, reports, and documents.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and business transactions.
- Locate work-related information using computers or point-of-sale systems.
