We are seeking a Sales / Administration Coordinator to come on board in our Sunshine office to assist in our growing hospitality business.
You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
Website Management
- Accurate and timely processing of website orders
- Website product listings & management
- Ensuring stock levels are accurate and re-ordering stock
- Picking & packing website orders
- Courier bookings
- Creating delivery run sheets and scheduling of delivery timeframes
Social Media Sales
- Management of business Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok page
- Writing copy for posts and ad campaigns (3 posts a week & daily stories)
- Handling social 12-month plan & schedule preparation to meet quarterly goals
- Responding to customer inbox messages and page comments within 12 hours
- Create engagement with other common pages and entice growth of followers
- Basic product and business activity photography
- Social reel preparation and basic graphic creation in CANVA
- Working with designers and printers
- Analytics & reporting on key metrics
- Writing creative briefs and working with suppliers
- Assist and coordinate other written communication projects - print / point of sale / talent scripts / story boards
Administration
- Accurate and timely processing of quotes / invoices
- Stationery ordering
- Handles all operational queries, internal and external
- Provide backup and support to retail store and sales team
- Create and or update work instructions and processes
- General office cleaning duties
We are looking for someone who has the following:
- Has a positive attitude and is aligned with our company values
- Confident and able to articulate themselves within the business and with suppliers via all channels phone, digital or in person
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Software (in particular Outlook, Excel and Word), and Internet functions.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to liaise and communicate in a professional, timely manner with clients and co-workers.
- Proven strong organizational and time management skills.
- Show ongoing initiative, with the ability to work very efficiently independently as well as in a team environment.
- Takes care and diligence in the work you do with strong attention to detail.
**Job Type**: Casual
Expected hours: 20 - 36 per week
