Service Management Office Overview
Talent International is seeking an IT Service Management professional to join their IT Customer Experience team within the Service Management Office. The ideal candidate will have experience across the core ITIL practices with specific niche skills in Request/Access Management and Knowledge Management.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement knowledge management processes and behaviors to support the organization's goals
* Provide definitive and expert advice across Request/Access Management and Knowledge Management to ensure seamless service delivery
* Develop standards and procedures to support content publishing across one or more platforms/channels
* Provide guidance on the application and operation of elementary, procedural, and technical security controls to ensure data protection
Key Skills and Experience
* Strong understanding of Request Management and User Access Control, including scalability of catalogue items to support complex onboarding within a large organization
* Knowledge of available standards, methods, tools, applications, and processes to make informed decisions across Knowledge and Request Management
* Experience in managing a complex plan of work and the ability to prioritize work, negotiate, and influence stakeholders
* Strong capability in developing, maintaining, and maturing knowledge and requests policies and procedures
* Exceptional customer service skills to ensure high-quality service delivery
