
Front Line Support Worker

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our Front of House area and administrative tasks.
You will work collaboratively with our teams to support the well-being of our tenants and act as agents on behalf of the landlord after hours and on weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with tenants in an informal, client-focused way
- Monitor and communicate tenant well-being issues to support staff
- Facilitate referrals to external services as required
- Provide phone concierge services and respond to building maintenance issues
- Maintain records in Front of House systems and manage entry/exit of tenants and visitors
- Qualifications or experience in Social Work, Youth Work, Community Services, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with people with complex needs
- Organisational and time management skills, IT literacy, and problem-solving ability
