Life Caring Wa is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and care to clients, including tasks such as hoisting, personal care, cleaning, and meal preparation.

We are looking for someone with experience in manual handling, but training can be provided. The ideal candidate must be willing to perform personal care duties.

Able to work long shifts and on Saturdays, the selected candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, carers and families.

Additional responsibilities may include assisting with daily living activities, transporting clients, and participating in regular meetings with other staff members.

Job Description
