
Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Sales Engineer to provide pre-sales technical support and expertise to our sales team and customers. This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, demonstrating product capabilities, and designing solutions that meet those needs while aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and advantages.
- Create and deliver compelling technical proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including answering technical questions and resolving issues.
- Engage with engineering customers to gather technical requirements and assess their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure solutions are feasible and meet customer expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to product management and development teams based on customer insights and market demands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or technical consulting.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
